Filming Day

We spent today running and climbing at Durham Crag Goldsborough Carr filming for our latest promotional video with All Up Hill media. The day started off quite early meeting in the car park for the crag. Unfortunately but not a big disaster from a filming point of view the weather wasn't as hot as it has been the last few weeks, Ed from All Up Hill said this was great as we wouldn't get tired as quick!

We firstly shot the climbing with numerous climbs of Jumping Jack Flash and Fiddler Arete, two classic routes of the crag which are very photogenic.

Below is a picture of Sam climbing Jumping Jack Flash whilst Andy spots and Ed films.

The second half of the day was spent filming the running footage and interviewing Andy on his view on the Bob Graham Round which he completed back in March... in under 24 hours!

Today we used some crazy filming techniques, here is Andy taking his first steps towards being a filmer using the gopro with a chest harness.

Hangar 18 is all about running and climbing, we have incorporated this into one shot.

Today was a great day - keep your eye on the website and social media pages for an update when the video is ready in the next couple of weeks.
